First

  • Browse through the inventory found on the DECOR page.

  • Simply keep track of the number beneath each item that you are interested in.

  • Click the SUBMIT YOUR WISH LIST button at the bottom of the DECOR page

  • Fill out the form, including all the items that you are interested in renting.

Second

  • You will receive a quote from Kindred Design & Decor detailing the items/service you would like to book for your event along with pricing.

  • Once you have accepted the quote, and are ready to place your order, Kindred Design & Decor will send you an invoice, outlining the 40% deposit needed to confirm the booking along with a Rental Agreement.

  • Signing the Rental Agreement and paying the 40% deposit confirms your booking.

FAQ for rental items & Services

Rentals

Rental periods of decor items run from Wednesday before your event till the Tuesday afterwards.

DEPOSITS

At Kindred Design & Decor we require a nonrefundable deposit on all orders. Your deposit ensures that the decor or services that you select are guaranteed for your event.

We require a nonrefundable deposit of 40% to confirm the booking; the remaining 60% of your order total is due the week of your event. 

Cancellations

If for some reason you have to cancel the rental of your items, we require up to two weeks cancellation notice.  Please note that Kindred Design & Decor does not offer refunds for deposit payments, regardless of cancellations. 

Deliveries

Deliveries are available for an extra fee based on the location of the venue or drop off point.
